Terms & Conditions

1. The registration fee will be non-refundable should the event be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of CCCT-CCTJ. Registrations are non-transferable. Refunds will not be granted after August 1^st, 2010. No exceptions will be made. Written requests for refunds must be made to the CCCT-CCTJ by email. Refunds will be issued no sooner than 45 days following the CFCT-FCTJ and will follow the schedule below.
   • Registration Cancellation Requests Received:
     • Before June 1^st, 2010 – $50 processing fee
     • Before August 1^st, 2010 – 50% refund of paid registration fee
     • After August 1^st, 2010 – No refunds will be issued
2. The program remains subject to change. In case of discrepancy, the version hosted on this website prevails.
3. The events and sessions at the CFCT-FCTJ may be photographed, recorded, and videotaped by the CCCT-CCTJ or its independent photographers and audiovisual firm. The CCCT-CCTJ may distribute or use these photos and audio and visual recordings on its website or in its print and electronic materials for purposes consistent with its mission. By attending the session, you give your permission to be recorded or photographed. If you do not wish your likeness to be used in this way, please contact us via email within seven days after the conclusion of the conference. To protect the privacy of conference attendees, we ask that others do not record the events or sessions without obtaining permission from the CCCT-CCTJ in writing, in advance of the event.
